Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Preeminent NDT project planning platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any company you register. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading malicious code, reverse engineering, or using the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of any data, documents, or content you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data you upload.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preeminent NDT and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Preeminent NDT is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
